Actually, the goat heads are enraged when you DO bring your cell phone, because they KNOW their plot to strand you is foiled...

My pneumatic nemesis is the fine wire that a disintergrating steel-belted radial car tire spreads all over the road. I had three flats this summer just from those little wires. It's scary to think that people are traveling over 110 KPH on tires that have worn down to their radial belts.
