I live in CA as well. I routinely get the PBK orders in 4-5 days.
I once placed an order with Nashbar, and then a couple of days later placed an order with PBK. The PBK order came in first - I placed the PBK order on a Thursday night, and it was on my doorstep Monday. The Nashbar order came in the following Thursday.
Plus, no shipping charge, no tax.

Believe it or not, I get shipments from PBK faster than I get shipments from Nashbar. My last PBK order took 4 days. My last Nashbar order using regular mail took 7 days.

I placed an order with them for the first time on Sunday evening, September 24, and it arrived in Eastern Washington on Thursday, September 28. I definitely will order from them again!

About twice as fast from northern England to southern South Carolina then Performance Bike in central North Carolina. I don't get it, and now my money goes overseas, the price is way better, and the shipping is free and faster. Can anyone explain this? Other then Performance just sucks because they suck and that's why they suck.

That's it. I'm logging onto their web site right now and placing an order, just to verify that I can get something delivered within one week

PBK is stupid fast. Me - Ordered Sunday night late. Was in the mail Thursday or Friday. About twice as fast a Performance. Normally i would just drive to a PerformanceBarGo retail outlet close by, but with free shipping from PBK...unless something is needed that day then it's PBK.
I hear the Canadians occassionally get screwed with whatever money their gov tacks on for imports from PBK, but that's about it.

I ordered an HRM last week's Tuesday evening. I got it yesterday, the following Thursday. So, it took 9 days, but UT isn't a major mail hub, I guess. Go go Royal Mail!

I had never ordered from them before.
Recently ordered a pair of bibs on sale.
They came in about a week.
Then I was a little worried about getting my M-card bill....what with all the horror stories about hidden charges, buying on-line and the whole money exchange rate thing.
My card bill came this week and I couldn't believe it.
No hidden anything.
Not stung at all.
I got an awesome pair of Quickstep team bibs for an even 45 bucks.
That's crazy sweet!

My pedals were sitting here waiting for me when I got home from my vacation so this order was delivered in no more than 6 business days.
Surprisingly enough, the pedals were the full retail version, still in the box. I know most people have posted that when they order stuff from PBK, it just shows up loose in an envelope.
