Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Can someone ID these wheels??

https://www.gulp.org/gallery/Trek5900/101_0130_IMG

Anyone know? One source says Ksyrium SSC SLs...I assume pre 2004 from what I can find on the net but I am open to enlightenment from the group.

Opinions on said wheel would be nice if one has actual experience with them.

Thanks.

They're good wheels. There was one run of them that had some problems but Mavic is a good company to do business with.

I have a set just like them on my C40 and they're very stiff and bulletproof and the lightest wheels around are barely an ounce lighter than them.

Yeah I know...I didn't want to assume the guy knew what they were. Can you confirm that they are SSC SLs and if so.....are they a decent wheel?
