Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

replacement pads for helmets?

You know the padding inside the helmet. I have a Giro Pneumo and the padding has started to come apart. I looked on their website but didn't see any info on getting replacements. Anyone know if you can get them and where?

Check with your LBS. I ordered a set for my Monza when they started falling apart. The second option is to sew them. Now I have 2 sets.

Yeah, call the manufacture. I emailed Bell about a pad, never heard back. Suspect phone works better.

I just did this. I ordered one set for my Pneumo and one set for my Atmos.

Contact Sarah Reed, customer service, at Bellsports (for Giro Helmets) at:
SReed@bellsports.com

Send her your shipping addy and size of helmet and in 2-3 weeks (for me) they'll show up on your doorstep.

Cheers,

I emailed them with the request and my address and freebies showed up on my door a week or 2 later. Should be a customer service link on their web site.

Had the same issue with a Limar helmet. Emailed their US Distributor and said I could order from a store about 80 miles from my house. Thought $15 was kind of steep for pads for a $50 helmet.
