Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

That's quite the price all right.

I saw a carbon Gios all decked out with the latest and greatest and they were selling it at a "discount" to the custom order customer for over $13,000 CDN. They knocked $2000 off. That's the most expensive bike I ever saw.

For that price you would think it would at least come with CF bottle cages.

The seller meant to have the buy it now price of $850 and the opening bid price of $875.

There was a post about a old Lightspeed bike on ebay that the guy wanted $12,000. It was pretty funny the ideas that were given about the high price such as the frame was filled with drugs.
