It looks like PF but is hard to really tell from the pic. without closeups.

Before you go calling it a rebadged "Pedalforce" frame, keep in mind that Pedalforce is just a US re-seller for these CF frames. They are sold all over the world under many different names.

This is the first one where even the fork looks to be similar. But this is the 12k weave version.
