you can get bontrager hubs in campy, butthey aren't usually offered as stock ones. pretty sure you'd have to order them. unless you get them off a lemond.

If it's a Shimano freehub on the wheel, you can use a JTek Shiftmate or a Wheels Mfg. Accelerator cassette to make them compatible...

If the bontrager hubs are available in both configurations then odds are you could order a replacement frehub body that is Campy and swap it over easily. Probably the same price as a JTek or Wheels solution, but the cleanest.
