OEM frames?
Is there such a thing in cycling? I'm looking for a bike for my gf, and am having a rough time finding a frame to start the build with. I was thinking on just getting a used frame/bike, but Craiglist has been a bust so far and E-bay hasn't been much better. Does anyone know of a distributor or retailer that sells frames on the cheap ($100)?

I'd have a hard time believing you can't find anything on ebay this time of year unless your looking for a weird size. I have a Brand new 2006 Scott Speedster 30 52cm frame and fork if your interested.
