Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

If you go with Marinoni, you can get it whatever color you want:

https://www.marinoni.qc.ca/html/en_couleurs.html

And in just about whatever pattern you want:

https://www.marinoni.qc.ca/html/en_motifs.html

(you might have to reload that bottom link a time or two, it works about half the time on my computer)

Surely if anyone is buying an orange steel bike it has to be a Merckx Leader! The most famous orange bike ever!

he was the original

if not, then I'd go for a De Rosa Neo Primato in Molteni orange

Buy a decent retro steel bike from the early 90's, and repaint it.

Serotta. Arancio is a color option for the Fierte steel. I have an 05 Arancio Fierte Steel and get a lot of nice comments on it.
