This and many others can be yours on ebay...
When it comes to saddles, buy the one that works, no matter how much it happens to cost. After my first century years ago, my penis was numb for 5 days, and let me tell you I would've spent $1000 on a saddle to never feel like that again.

I am an avid ebay user, so that's where I'd get it for sure, but looking at completed listings, the going rate is still $110-120. Still not too nice on a college budget, especially considering I just spent $200 on a plane ticket for spring break, but I'll probably get it anyway.

Wait, that didn't come out right.

Here's one of the benchmark studies on the matter:

This study shows a decreased blood flow to the penis:

This link reports a postulate that it could also be nerve compression, while also reporting on the blood flow study. I don't know of any studies confirming the nerve compression hypothesis:

My personal experience is that it is both numbing and painful, that is, very painful right around the numb area. However that may be, if you don't have blood flow, you got ED for sure. Several studies have shown that the collapsed blood vessels eventually stay collapsed. That's the reason that the temporary numbness turns into full-blown ED. Ed Pavelka was the first to "come out" on this problem. His solution, along with other measures, was to limit rides to no more than three hours.
Here's a link to Dr. Goldstein, the now famous urologist, and Ed Pavelka reflecting on the issue. It's an old article, so the saddle technology has changed, but not the problem:
https://mywebpages.comcast.net/billotto/biking.htm
If nothing else works, try this saddle. It works for sure. A buddy of mine rode the Cascade 1200 last year on this saddle with no problems.

Just FYI, the specialized Alias is a less expensive alternative to the Toupe. I probably wouldn't get the gel version, since gel on saddles seems to make this kind of problem worse, in some cases.

***UPDATE***
Toupe 143mm came in the mail today. Went for a 28 mile ride, no problems. The saddle is pretty hard, and puts a lot of pressure on the sit bones, but I suspect I'll get used to it. Thanks guys.
I'm actually a little sad that this worked. Now I'm out $125.
On a related note, my performance century shorts came today as well. People have complained about the stitching on these. I should have listened. They started coming apart before I even put them on. Hopefully they'll take them back.

glad to hear the Toupe is working... I welcome the sore sit bones... would rather thave a sore butt then a numbness where it counts.
FWIW, I crashed my toupe last week in a race, but was able to replace it for 100 bucks at my LBS. They gave me one off a S-works Tarmac. Crappy white and red color (doesn't match bike too well) but I saved $50 bucks.
