Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Flightdeck buttons

For some reason, after replacing my Sora shifters with ST-R500s, the Flightdeck buttons are easier to press, making them easier to press accidentally. I know I lost the recording of a few miles yesterday because I accidentally pressed the left button and stopped it.

I seem to recall someone in some biking forum talking about fixing this problem on their bike -- maybe by gluing a raised rubber ring around the button to make it harder to press? But I didn't find it with a quick search (just a number of other posts complaining about the same thing!).

Anyone have a fix or workaround for this problem?
