I would ride it.....Nothing 5 minutes, a wrench and a saddle won't fix.

The silver WTB saddle and the way-upturned "I want a race bike to impress my friends but it doesn't fit right" bars really round out the package.

I bet if the stem were flipped up he could ditch some of the spacers AND actually ride with his bars in a normal position.

I'd say get rid of the annoying yellow tires and there is nothing wrong (grossly wrong anyway) with that bike

Fix the bars, get a seat and I'd ride it. Forget the tires, they'll be worn out in a month anyway.

OH, sure, I'd ride it too, but then I usually ride ugly bikes. This...this is a COLNAGO. It isn't supposed to suck.

change to black tires, black bar tape and fix the saddle. the latter looks really goofy shoved so far back. and fix the handlebars.

Style wise, I thing the frame is fantastic.
Looks like it could use another owner to give it some justice.

Agreed, the frame is great. The nightmare was imposed upon it. I mean, isn't that a long cage Ultegra RD? And those bars...and the spacers...and the tires...and the saddle...and the amount of 'frustrated setback' of said saddle...and the SETTE skewers...

Yes, I do think another owner could do it justice. One hopes the new owner will. If anyone bids more than .01 dollars, perhaps they will.

I was hoping for competition in this. An uglier Colnago, if you will.

I'll nominate this one in the paint job category... I'm sure it's a wonderful bike, but damn.

Yup, sure is. There are plenty of folks who think my Pinarello is fugly, and I love it. I guess that's why there are so many manufacturers out there!

The sunflowers are a bit hokey...ok, sure, regurg material. I kinda like the first one. The sunflower frame could be built up into something hideous with a bit of effort, I would think. A Phil Liggett bobble head doll stem cap, say...

I think a combination of Performance and Nashbar house brand, in silver or red whenever possible. :D

Oh, good God no! Colnago is a sacred name, it's the blasphemy we object to.

No, not at all. They're just aesthetically not the most pleasant for some, and as starclimber mentioned the blasphemy puts it over the top.

I actually find that to be a nice looking ride, which I can't say for most modern bicycles, and I think yellow tires are great. (dont understand the bar position though!)

Colnagos: I've never seen one that I didn't love or didn't hate. There's really no in between w/ them.

Now, those Pinarello Onda forks on the other hand...

You think it looks bad in this picture, you should see this bike in person my LBS has one in being put together for a customer, and in person it is 10 times as ugly.
