Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

GPS stats analysis

Does anybody know of a program for analyzing summary statistics of GPS-logged rides?

I usually import my rides in to Sporttracks, Garmin Training Center, and Garmin Map Source.
Map source allows me to export a summary of all my rides in to a spreadsheet - but it doesn't capture heart rate information.
Training Center and Sporttracks are fairly similar, but each one does a few things slightly better.

However, I would like to be able to export a quick line about each ride, with distance, time, average heart rate, stopped time, moving time, climb distance/time, etc. Then through this in to a spreadsheet to run some calculations on heart rate/speed/stopped, etc. (Thus determine whether it was me or the tailwind that made the ride faster, or if it was really the lights that were slowing me down.)

If all else fails, I suppose I could write a GPX parser, and try to extract all the data myself for comparison, though that seems like overkill.
