The general consesus with the LBS guys Ive spoken with that sell both is SRAM.

I never use anything but SRAM... the missing link is invaluable. Much more durable than Dura Ace, which isn't considered that reliable- most Shimano sponsored teams I know run Ultegra chains- almost as light and bulletproof.

Meh, installed properly a Dura Ace chain will be better on a Shimano drivetrain, better life time for the whole drive train, and just as strong, especially if you take time to clean it. SRAM is just as good quality-wise, but the plate designs are just different enough to wear your drive train sooner even if you keep on top of it.
Then of course you can always just throw a power link on a DA chain...
