Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Which is the better chain? (Don't suggest anything else. I only have two options)

I never use anything but SRAM... the missing link is invaluable. Much more durable than Dura Ace, which isn't considered that reliable- most Shimano sponsored teams I know run Ultegra chains- almost as light and bulletproof.

I use SRAM. I like the ease of the removable link. I broke 1 Shimano chain. Have yet to break a SRAM.

Meh, installed properly a Dura Ace chain will be better on a Shimano drivetrain, better life time for the whole drive train, and just as strong, especially if you take time to clean it. SRAM is just as good quality-wise, but the plate designs are just different enough to wear your drive train sooner even if you keep on top of it.
Then of course you can always just throw a power link on a DA chain...
