Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

how to set up a trainer

Some people moved out of my building and left this contraption that I knew to grab before knowing what it was. Alas it is a 1up bicycle trainer. Great! Don't have a clue what to do with it, how it works, how to stick my bike into it .. Obviously I've never used one before. On the website there are no instructions that I can find. Anybody?

I don't intend to use it much, except those times when my wife demands that I stay home.

'Master of the Obvious' comes to my aid. Thanks!

If anyone has links to photos, making it more obvious, I'd appreciate that as well.
