Very nice. Looks like a very rideable set up.
You can flip it, lose the bag, and photoshop out the granny ring for a photo-op to appease the OCPs, but I believe it should be comfy and functional first. OCP be damned

Fair enough. I suppose a negative tone comes across in my post...none intended. I really can't understand why people wouldn't want a saddle bag.

The bag is from my hybrid, it's just barely big enough to hold the camera I took the shots with (Nikon 5700)
I'll be getting a wedge for tools etc.
Thanks for the comments, I rode it again today, even got it up to 30 mph on the flat.
I thought it was a little harsh when I test rode it, but a carbon seat post seems to have dialled that out nicely, it rides smooth.
I see a frame swap in the future, but for right now I'm happy
