As I recall, Armstrong averaged right at 34 when he won the TdF TT (about 30 km I think) in 05(?). And the hour record is 34 and change, so that makes 55/11 one of the top TT riders in the world as he is turning out these kind of numbers in the Catskills. Or, maybe he has his computer set to kms?

I like how the "experts" of these forums like to give advice.
Any of you TDF winners? No...thought so...please don't give false advice.
There have been plenty of mashers in the years that have done well and haven't had knee problems. Not everyone can be Lance Armstrong and spin 110+ cadence on climbs. Thanks for playing.
