Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Right on EDR. Pimpin' white hot.
That's one of the few frames I'd consider over the R3.

Do you think you'll cut down the steerer tube to remove that large spacer?

Do they make a white version of the Arione? If so, that would complete the wonderful white of your bike.

That Arione looks like the silver with black stripe on that I have.

Perfect choice for tires. They compliment the bike something fierce.

+1

Also if you haven't ran the Eurus wheels a nasty pot hole put them to the test this morning, hit it at about 20mph with all my weight on the rear wheel as I cleared the front in an attempt to reduce ball smack. Knocked my bottle out of the seat tube cage, stopped and nothing wrong not an out of round or bend to speak of.

Very cool bike............

When I was in college, I worked as a piano delivery man. Steinways were a serious pain. It was my job to get on all 4's with the piano resting on my back while they attached the legs. It really helped with the straight back position, however.

That is a white Arione, my team kit turned it blue. As soon as I get onto a new team in LA I'll buy a new one. Yeah as soon as I get the fit dialed in I'm going to cut the steerer down to size.

Hell yes I'm gonna race it. What else would it be for?

Right now it's at about 15.5 pounds, with the KOM's it will be under 15 I'll weigh it on Friday.

I've got to swap out the cranks for my ergomo with the square taper BB so it will have '06 carbon cranks on it. My guess is that it will be still be in the high 14's or low 15's.
