What kind of wristwatch do you wear while riding?

Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Don't wear one. Don't need the tan line and time on the bike computer.

none, the Garmin shows me everything i need, at once...

the only reason i could see someone actually wearing a watch while on the bike is if they're doing a du or tri, to keep track of their time for the swim and/or transition and/or run, or if they don't have a computer and need to keep track of the time. otherwise, there's no need for one...

I don't wear watches - with the adventus of cellphones, no need for a watch to tell time.

At the speeds I ride relativistic effects come into play and I don't feel like doing the math to convert time measurements between the frames of reference. I need a special cyclocomputer.

Why would you want to wear a watch if you have a bike computer???

The only reason I can think of is that you want to show off your expensive watch and the only way you'll impress me and most others is by disappearing oner the horizon in front of me, and that's not too likely.

I can't stand posers.

Cateye MSC-HR10 mounted on the bars. Used to wear a Timex chrono on my wrist, but it was heavy and annoying.

Your watch is subject to the same relativistic speed effects as you are. Your watch will tell you the time that you experienced. It will be slower than the one you left at home, but you'd expect that.

I don't ware a watch ridding, my left hand goes numb if I do. My cyclocompter measures in warp time anyways.

One of the many virtues of the Garmin Edge 305 is the Time of Day it displays. No need for a watch.

None. I don't see the point because my HR monitor displays the time....also find it annoying to have a watch on my wrist during rides (or any sporting activities)

Thats actually a valuable watch, quite collectable.

One of the adavantages of a Rolex is that it's tough enough that you can wear it whatever you're doing without too much concern.
