from the UCI rule book:
caffine
for caffine, a sample shall be considered as positive if the concentration in the urine exceeds 5 micrograms/ml.
i read recently that you can drink about 6 cups of coffee and be ok, but not sure how accurate that is.
heres a link to the rules:

Not sure why everyone is suprised that they would drink a Coke. Nothing better than a Coke when you start to get the low blood sugar shakes. I figure it is probably better for you than allot of these gels and such. Now if you are one that has a hard time burping just make sure it is flat. Also Tyler had his open and he looked like he wanted it bad.

Frankie Andreu said today that the riders get a can of Coke in their musette at the feed zones. I'll sometimes drink a Coke or Pepsi at a rest stop during a ride. It helps.
And yes, Coke is a sponsor. Every water bottle in the TdF says Coca-Cola on it.

I drink Coke on rides all the time, or Pepsi. Drink to much though and it'll cramp your stomach and give you gas.
