nashbar order status: not working?

Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

the past few things i have gotten from them were sent USPS, and they gave me no way to track it either. both things took 7 business days to WI.

Same here also. Even though I expect all will arrive safe & sound it would be nice if their feature worked. :-(

I ordered some shoes from Nashbar on Sunday and they arrived to Michigan on Saturday. And not once was I able to use the order status feature.

Shoes are nice, though.

It's not your computer. I ordered some stuff from them last Sunday, the order was processed Monday and I was able to see the status one time, then it failed with database errors after that, then finally looks like they switched it to only come up with the ``not available'' page around Thursday.

Just call them up and ask for status, but be sure to get the tracking number. If you used USPS, however, it'll be near worthless as it'll show up as ``electronic shipping info receive'' until it's actually out for delivery, or at least that was my experience from two packages from two different locations last week.

I'm annoyed because-
a)the 'tennis shoe adapters' are cruddy as anything and started to break during my first ride with them
b) I was planning on buying the rodeo pedals for 20 bucks and free shipping but the price changed to 25 right as i was about to check out.

BOOO!!!

I've called their c/s people about this issue in the past. It'll start working again. It's often times related to a batch or other order updating stuff.

I picked up a pair of 105 brake calipers in Black for $39.95 with free shipping.

I love Nashybar.

I ordered a new Bell helmet last week and it arrived on Saturday morning. I was never able to track it online, but it showed up safe and on time.

Have y'all had any luck? I'm dumbfounded that it could take this FRICKIN' long to get a box from there to here. I think I am deleting Nashbar.com from my favorites in IE.

There has to be better places to order on-line.
