Thule question

Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Thule question

I'm new here to posting. Read here a lot and have learned a bunch. Question for the group. Is anyone having or have heard of issues with ordering from the Thule website? I've recently ordered some parts and they can't track my order or tell me when it will be delivered. They've recently switched to Shopatron to handle their orders. I've contacted Shopatron and they told me to contact Thule. The Thule customer service group seems to be indifferent at best. They do not return calls or e-mails. Has anyone else had any issues with Thule.

I tried there first, they didn't have the parts I needed. The Thule web site says delivery in 3 to 5 days, it's been almost 2 weeks now and they have no clue as to where my stuff is. I've been a long time Thule user this has made me re-think my next rack purchase

I got a Thule rack from my LBS. I ordered parts from Thule this winter (Feb maybe) and had no problems. If you have any dealer in your area, go through them if you can. I could've gotten the parts from the shop, but I wound up being able to have them shipped to me faster from Thule.

I've always had excellent service from Thule. Might need to call again.

Thanks for the reply. I did call again and they have finally delivered. Thule customer service and Shopatron point fingers at each other but my order was finally delivered. Funn thing was that I had the stuff in my hands and that evening an email came through saying that they have just shipped my order. Go figure.
