Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Mine are working out just fine.

Did have Michelin Pro Race's which are also nice. Carbon's may be a bit lighter. Grip well on corners and seem to hold up on the occasional rough stuff too.

That's a nice price.

Performance has them for $18 in the stores. This weekend is 20% back in coupons. I'm not sure if that applys to the web site.

i've always run michelin's and recently bought the hutchinson's carbon comp tire (200gm's each) ... they are 120 psi max and i have much more confidence in cornering than with the michelin's. i can feel a noticable difference in the 70 gm's i saved vs. the michelin's (and i'm not a weight junkie)

i've been impressed. and yes, i bought them on sale at performance. i've got ~ 400 miles on 'em. no flats and good performance so far.
