Who wants to bet Hillary doesn't shave (her legs) or pits, either?

I'd hit it.

Sheesh, if I had known that calling the President a mountain biker would cause this kind of uproar, I'd have never...ah hell, sure I would have. But I only meant that he rides a bike...and prefers to ride mountain bikes...off road...therefore a "mountain biker" seemed more appropriate than "roadie". There are many different levels of cyclists, but I prefer to grossly generalize. I didn't notice anyone getting upset that I called Kerry a roadie. Just because one has a matching Serotta for each mansion doesn't mean he's a serious roadie, but I know that's what Kerry prefers, so that's what I called him.

My point was that I think it's good when politicians take up a sport that most of us would like to see get more support, especially in light of all of the negativity, highlighted by the Landis decision. At the tour of Missouri last week many politicians attended, including the Governor, Lt. Governor and Speaker of the House. I would think that we could agree that it's a good thing when they get involved and perhaps understand a bit better when we advocate to them, regardless of the politics involved.

And the below photo was apparently in response to my comment: "But none of the current crop of major candidates look to be particularly interested in cycling or fitness at all." I assume the photo was inserted to prove my point.

Stop that! It's very bad! (Thank the lord he's not a 'speedo' guy!)

That ends in 2012, when I become President. Rotating pacelines will be mandatory, but only *I* will be allowed to yell at you.

The NEW outdoor pool is just outside the Oval Office. You can see it here (the white oval just NE of the pool is the roof of the Oval Office):

WTF? At least it's more than many in this country are doing. I think some people will find any way to make fun of someone.

My friends and I used to ride our bikes through the woods behind our development and called it mountain biking; you gonna say that anything that isn't technically on a mountain isn't "mountain biking"?
