Here's another clue for you all, the walrus was Paul.

Looking down for your e-penis? What a stupid post. Your cockiness will be your biggest downfall.

Because there's no ranked Cat1's by the name of Jason in California?

your arms and upper body are way too big to compete at the pro level in anything other than pure sprinting or the track

you already lose.

You know what's even funnier than the O.P.'s initial post?
The fact that most of you are taking it seriously enough to try and come up with witty and insulting responses.

Think about it...

if A) the post was serious... that's damn funny.
if B) the post wasn't serious... that's still funny, and you are giving the exact response the OP was looking for.

I'm not sure which is more amusing. ;)

Honest or not, I want to see more posts by PRO RACER!

Hello. My name is Jason. I am new here but I am definately not new to cycling. I'm a Cat 1 rider in California and my goal is to become pro. I ride often - hard, fast, aggressive, and most of all....RAW.

Why do I seem cocky? All the greats are. It comes from believing in yourself. Who do you want operating on you in a life/death situation? Someone who is unsure if they can do the job? Or someone that says let's do this?

Perhaps you may see me one day on OLN racing with greats...I think about this moment every day until it becomes reality. Nuclear weapons, F22 stealth fighters, Tomcat cruise missiles, ME... What do they all have in common? We're purpose built to do the job as efficiently as possible.

The taste of victory is sweet my friends. Unfortunately I have also tasted the bitter sweetness of defeat. Therefore I am incorporating power meter training and off season weight lifting to sharpen my blade. 2008 will be a slaughterfest.

If you have any questions I can answer feel free to drop me a PM or email.

I bet you're the kind of guy who says "on your left" with a few other choice words to trash talk other cyclists as they are left dumbfounded in your wake of greatness as you pass them. Like Bob Newhart, I've got two words to help you with your condition: "stop it!".

Remember all of the greats had a team to help them along.

The unasked question: Can PRO CYCLIST dial it up to 400 watts?

I was thinking of, "Does the placement of his bib straps lead to bloody nipples?"

Ask Manny Ramirez. He combines amazing cockiness (posing to watch his HR sail out of the park the other night with his team losing 7 - 3) with complete apathy:

>>Wednesday afternoon Ramirez held a rare news conference and did one better, shrugging off not only the Red Sox's 3-1 American League championship series deficit but also questioning the importance of the entire pursuit.

"Why panic?" Ramirez said. "If we don't do it, we'll come back next year and try again. If it doesn't happen, who cares? There's always next year. It's not the end of the world."<<
