Autumn, a great time for riding.....

Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Autumn, a great time for riding.....

Yesterday was my first road bike ride since my crash two months ago. We went for a lovely 100km ride into the mountains and country side. Here's some pics of my ride.
For the few who know the area, the ride was Kyoto - Hiyoshi Dam - Sonobe and return. The temps were between 15 deg cel to 21 deg cel. Perfect.

Awesome. Looks like a great day. Whoever owns that cracknfail has actually done a very nice job with the yellow. Very nice. In fact all three bikes are very well planned and presented.

The guy in the pic actually weighs 64kgs. Can you confirm?

Well I can confirm that you got the 6 and 4 right, but just arse about t1t.
Poor barztard has a lot of trouble getting cycling clothes. He had to order his winter clothes on Saturday. They'll be in this week, hence freezing his nuts off on Sunday.
He's got black bar tape ready for the bike but I think it's ok as is. Oh he is going to "flip it" and also tilt the seat back a little. He's just started cycling about two months ago and still getting used to it.

Thanks redirekib and ViperZ, glad you like them.

Nice pictures, thanks

What brand is the red/white/black bike? It looks to be the frame of a Specialized Tarmac. But the decal is much different!

where does your buddy get his cycling clothes? i'm a little guy, skinny, very fast metabolism...it's hard for me to keep my weight up...i'm 5'5" and i weigh between 56kg-64kg, depending on how much weight training i'm doing or how much pizza i'm eating. it's hard to find biking gear that fit really well!!!!!!!

btw...nice pics! great scenery and nice bikes!

I guess we skinny runts (I'm 59kg / 28 waist) are lucky here. Sizing in Japan is in relation to the population here. For example I'm small size in Australia but here medium to large.
A warning to all young players, don't even think about order PI from Japan unless you are triple sure of your "Japan size".
