I always take my Oakleys out in my jersey pocket, and despite getting bugs and crap in my eyes, I rarely put them on. When wearing them, I end up with this strange detached feeling from my surroundings, and when I take them off and see the real colour of the world, I feel like I'm missing out on the rare nice days we get in the UK.

Use Rudy Project and they do dark lens for the brilliant sunshine- They also do lens that look dark but lighten things up a bit when you look through them. They also do a yellow lens that is fantastic at Dusk, whilst there is still some light about. They are like night vision glasses. And then there are the plain clear lens that I use on the night rides.

Snow blindness is light and UV reflecting off the ground so you get 2X the amount of UV.
