thanks, i can''t seem to get comfortable on it. I need to get a better fit done and definitely need a shorter stem
was going to upgrade because the group on there is wrong, but I need to figure out if am keeping the frame or buying a new complete...we'll see.

Yeah my Miyata 912 has a stock stem that is silly long.
Not nearly as nice of a bike--but same deal.
I saw a Colnago from the 80s going for a grand in the Bay
Area recently. They are super slick.

That bike looks at least 3cm too small for you, which you seem to suspect.
