Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Nope, in Houston. Wish I was in Austin so I could have some hills.

thanks, i can''t seem to get comfortable on it. I need to get a better fit done and definitely need a shorter stem

was going to upgrade because the group on there is wrong, but I need to figure out if am keeping the frame or buying a new complete...we'll see.

Yeah my Miyata 912 has a stock stem that is silly long.
Not nearly as nice of a bike--but same deal.

I saw a Colnago from the 80s going for a grand in the Bay
Area recently. They are super slick.

really nice bike.

Do the fitting first before you decide to let go of the frame.

That bike looks at least 3cm too small for you, which you seem to suspect.

I wish I had a longer silver fluted seatpost. I bought a black cannondale mtb seatpost for my trek because the fluted seatpost on there just wasn't long enough

Beautiful colnago, hope your fit makes you comfortable or your next bike is comfortable
