A lot of people have them.
The most expensive branded version of the same bars comes from Stella Azzura (sp?)
One of the least expensive 'branded' versions of the same bars comes from CarbonLord (unbranded/nologo)
As far as I've seen, there at least 4-5 different "brands" of the same exact bar.

I have the RS handlebas and found two problems. My early version of this handlebar has a double cable groove, but no cable guide under the tops. If you don't tape the tops (to show the nice carbon weave), the cables dangle from beneath the drops. The bigger problem for me is that the bar ends (where the hoods sit) are about 5mm lower than the center (where the stem clamps) which resulted in an overall lower drop than I wanted. Since my steerer tube is cut, I cannot add any more spacers to raise these bars back to original height. Flipping the stem resulted in too much rise. So, if anyone wants a once-mounted, but not ridden RS handlebar in a 42 width, PM me.

The Winwood bars are tops on my upgrade list this winter. They seem well liked, if not terribly common. And, at $175 from AEBike, they're fairly reasonable for carbon bars. The CarbonLord jobs look appealing for not having any logos and being $15 cheaper, but a quick round with Google makes giving that guy my personal data and CC info seem a really bad idea.
