Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Jamis xenith team

Anybody have any opinions on the jamis xenith team? In particular the 2005 model. Looking to pick up a used one but wondering if there are any issues, or changes from 2005 to present.....

I'm thinking of the Pro. There are issues with the paint cracking at the joints on the seat tube (cosmetic only). Nice bike otherwise. It was a good deal then, $4000 US.

Yeah, same frame as the pro. Sold for $4000. DA including the crank, nice Mavic wheelset. Easton EC 90 fork if I remember right.
