Have to admit that the friendliness amongst mountain bikers is something I do miss.
Perhaps the XC riders are nicer to each other. You know I've been on many group rides with other roadies, no one seems unfriendly to me. Although I have to say that on one organized 3-day group ride, some other rider picked up my touring bike, grunted and made a big dramatic production and asked me if I carried rocks around in that saddle bag. It's an old '85 steel touring bike. |
spandex please
why classify it..what if you ride a fixie can you still be a roadie

Help! I've got a road bike, a hybrid, and a cross bike that I've used on mountain trails. So am I a ro-hy-cro-mo? Or a cro-ro-mo-hy? Or maybe a hy-mo-ro-cro?
:cry:THIS IS SERIOUS! My god, what should I call myself? What is my true identity? Who am I?:eek::eek: |
