last yr . i broke my left elbow. Since the break ,i've had problems riding. 10 mile +
My lower back hurts . My reach is not like it was.
I been to my lbs explain problem . I wanted my stem shorter for reach and more angle (10 deg or 17 deg.) . My rise now 6 deg (fsa stem)
They shorting them stem but not rise . the distance reach is much better . But in 10 miles or more ,the lower back hurts
I don't know if i need more angle still or handle bars rise .
Lbs stays i would need an ex. riser part to adjust the hieght .

any help would be thankful.
