A quick google search found nothing sorry
I and a few others use electric tape, it does the job better than the one that came stock on my bike
It saw a lot of use last year when my chain was waaaay too long, not it is the right length it sees less use so I may redo it so there is less tape on there.

i jam my thumbs up and back into the tubes. this way i can point my fingers straight out in front to split the wind and attain an even more aero profile, and the usual fixed gear - zen - connectedness feeling through the drivetrain is multiplied ten fold because my thumbs become one with the tubing.

I have seen clear stick-on guards at online bike retailers for a few bucks. No chrome though.

I've seen clear plastic and carbon ones,
but it would just be a shame to use such.
Who has one?
Where did ya' get it?
