has anyone bought a frame overseas while on vacation or business. what i'm curious about is the price. inparticular to Italian frames. my parents are going there for vacation in a few months so i was going to get their itinerary and see if there were any frame builders in that city. i like Casati's so hopefully they go to Monza or close enough to it. are the prices any cheaper? do most of the bigger names have retail shops?
