Anyone know of the largest connected peleton to ever group ride together? Say 100 or more ?

Critical Mass, if you consider that as a sort of peloton (which it's not). Chicago Critical Mass has 500-1000+ riders every month, and I bet some cities have bigger ones.
As far as professional races go, nearly all races have well over 100 riders on the start list - usually 160ish. |
Budapest had a CM (Critical Mass) in excess of 22,000 (yes, thousand) not too long ago.
It makes the US Critical Mass (plural) seem pathetic. EDIT: Quick search on Google - estimates between 24k and 30k in number. But, again, this is not a peloton. |
