Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Everything about that bulldog says:

"Play? Wrestle? Tug-o-War? Push and Shove? Basketball?

Kid you not, knew a bulldog once that loved to play basketball...human tries to drive to the basket - he'd turn in front of you and give you a nice solid shove onto your ass...

Was a hella cool dog...

=8-)

Bikes: Trek 1500

The next door neighbor girl has a trek 4300 with a basket on the front. In which she carries her chihuahua/Pomeranian mix and her 5 week old chihuahua pup, or the ROTTIE pup. I think she will put all three in there occasionally, but man it's a lot of dog.

Other dogs on bike stories: Somebody rides a Cannondale mtn bike in Claremont/La Verne with a Pomeranian? in his backpack. He's pretty good to, I've never been going the same way as him, but it looks like he flies through the singletrack.

Thoroughly and utterly agree!

However, should any member of any single one of them express contempt in my direction, or look down upon me because I don't adhere to their way of thinking they'll instantly lose my respect and get my own contempt in response instead.

**** 'em, if they're gonna be like that! *******s should be just as happy to see ME on the road as I am to see THEM on the road!

What the hell is going on? One day Pcad is a Nazi abusing Freds and then another day he is leading the defence of Freds in this socks and sandles. Is Pcad schizophrenic?

Maybe Pcad is not an individual but a conspiratorial shadowy group fermenting world instability starting with the influencial cycling community and then worldwide domination. I suspect he is just a puppet with the evil Botto and Chipcom pulling the strings.

I hereby withdraw my nomination of Pcad for President and nominate 55rad (his fondness for bulldogs shows impressive redcoat tendancies). With 55rad as president Britain will be reclaiming the American colonies.

Ol' Sam ain't so dumb... Roxie is a real sweetie (and a hottie in a dog kind of way)

And yes, Goldens -certainly ours- are the blondes of the dog world.
But what they lack in brains, they more than make up for with heart
