How can I stay motivated
So I'm off the bike for a undetermined period of time, i went from 100-250 miles a week to totally intermittent riding averaging a maybe a 100 miles a month in a matter of weeks because of a unknown illness that causes non stop light dizzyness, riding seems to aggravate it. My blood work has come back clean and my doctor think it's fluid in my inner ear but I'm waiting right now to get in with a specialist.
Being off the bike has really made me realize how much I love cycling, so I was wondering, what would you guys do to keep motivated till you could get back on the bike.

Looks like Bikes Forum will have to do !
Also, maybe buy a REALLY expensive new bike. You'll be motivated to get miles on say a new $6k LOOK, etc. Good luck!

So far i've been cleaning my bike alot and getting better at working on it. Watching TDF and following racing really helps but it's getting really frustrating. I have no idea what exactly is wrong with me and if it's a quick fix like a sinus irrigation, glasses or something neurological (knock on wood =( )

I hated that band....and i really hope i don't have brain issues, it's really scared. The idea of being able to become a strong cyclist is the only thing keeping me positive and motivated, every day i wake up and dream of being able to get out and crush on the bike.

I'm no expert but it sounds like you have Vertigo.
My dad has it, he can go from having mild dizzyness to huge turns that put him in bed for a week. If you do have vertigo it may be due to you having fluid stuck in the wrong area of your inner ear, they may try to 'relocate' it by moving your head in certain directions (which will probably bring on a vertigo attack).
Of course, I could be wrong...

I've backed down from 8-10,000 miles a year to 2-3000 due to work travel. It's been very demoralizing for me, I really enjoyed my time on the bike and I miss it.
I've managed to get around the associated depression by spending time in parks, in whatever city I'm in, and laughing at fat middle-aged guys riding expensive bikes that they don't deserve. On a good day I see a couple and the happiness I derive is like a ray of sunshine in my otherwise dreary existence.
(BTW, I've had that same inner ear deal for almost my entire life.)

I never get sick when I was young I got alot of ear infections and i had tubes in my ears but over time it stopped giving me problems. Then I just woke up feeling light headed and dizzy and after 8 weeks it hasn't gotten better or worse which is good I guess, but I would think that a inner ear problem would have solved itself right now. I'm just not used to being sick like this for this long so I automatically assume the worst. My blood test looks good, my weight and appetite are good and i get no headaches. Just almost like this lagging pressure in the front of my head, but no pain.

The doctor said it might be benign positional vertigo, but I have never had a HUGE dizzy spell just like this light light sort of rushed dizziness sort of how you feel when your a little buzzed or you have a head rush.

I had a case of vertigo a couple of years ago. I agree the feeling is very freaky. I went to the my doctor who had me hold my head still as possible and rotate my body around in a circle. This was to redistribute the fluid in my inner ear and as strange as it seems; it worked. I have not had a dizzy spell since that trip to the doctor. Good luck and I hope this gets cleared up soon.
