Voler Bibs
So after riding on the lovely roads around here in standard shorts, I've decided to buy some bibs. I was looking into the Hammer Nutrition bibs, but as I'm about 6'2'',165lbs, I would need a large which are so conveniently back ordered. D8 The same is true of the Performance ones.
However, I found some bibs on velowear for about 10$ more, and was wondering if those would be worthwhile. http://www.velowear.com/products/1110413PRTXSM.aspx |
Voler makes the Hammer bibs, which bang-forbuck, are about the best thing going. Not sure of the bib model, but it uses their Ion SL chamois. Very worthwhile IMHO.

I have those bibs, they're ok but the chamois is a little on the skimpy side.
I'd hold out for the Hammer. |
