Kudos to Bell customer support
 

Had to pass along, because usually we only hear when someone has something bad to say about a company. Yesterday I called Bell to see where I could buy some replacement pads for my Bell Sweep helmet. The nice lady on the phone took my name and address and said they are on the way. No charge:love: Simply awesome

years ago i had a nasty fall and sent the helmet back to Bell for examination.....they didn't try to make a fast sale but told me that the helmet was still intact and i didn't need another. They returned the helmet with replacement pads since they noticed how the original ones were and recommended that I replace them. I've always trusted them.
