Kudos to Bell customer support
Had to pass along, because usually we only hear when someone has something bad to say about a company. Yesterday I called Bell to see where I could buy some replacement pads for my Bell Sweep helmet. The nice lady on the phone took my name and address and said they are on the way. No charge

years ago i had a nasty fall and sent the helmet back to Bell for examination.....they didn't try to make a fast sale but told me that the helmet was still intact and i didn't need another. They returned the helmet with replacement pads since they noticed how the original ones were and recommended that I replace them. I've always trusted them.
