Solstice bikes?

Solstice bikes?
I saw a gorgeous looking bike on the street of New York city last week. I think the manufacturer was "solstice" from the frame paintjob. I have tried to google solstice bikes etc but have not found anything relevant.
I am not sure if the bike is any good yet, but it is something I would like to look into a little more. If anyone can point me in the right direction I would be very grateful.

It's a Van Dessel - www.vandesselsports.com. A friend of mine has one. I believe it is a Dedachai (sp?) frame. Van Dessel is in Morristown, NJ.
