Thanks everyone for the hot comments I like the Williams wheels, I got them a little late in the season here so they don't have a ton of miles yet, but so far very happy with them. As for the paint, yea it isn't the most exciting, but actually there isn't any paint on this bike at all so i guess its ok.

You can probably use a couple of tube stem nuts as spacers to clear the FD clamp.

Awww - is Whooshie still sore that I said that his electrical-taped bike with a collection of hot bits didn't jibe?
Oh, and don't get me wrong on the CDale - it's a ****-ton hotter than your Venge, but a clusterfeck picture and stuff like a red-striped seatpost keep it from maximum hotness.

I like the dirty hoods, the seat post, and cluttered picture. It shows off what everyone else's pictures does't. IT SHOWS HE ACTUALLY USES THE BIKE, instead of fondling yourself while looking at that great picture you prepped the bike for.

or maybe it shows that he spends more time weighing it at the LBS instead of taking the time to properly wash it and maintain it himself. you decide...

Stop avoiding posting a picture of your bike...the crowd is waiting this monumental work of perfection..My bet is you won't post it here..nothing more than a TROLL...Go away your making yourself look silly, by commenting on rides that you will never swing leg over until Walmart promotes you from greeter..
I've posted my bike elsewhere, but not here - it's used for commuting and I don't have any pics without the saddlebag and lights. That, in addition to the steerer that I haven't gotten around to trimming and the fugly but oh-so-comfy saddle, is the main reason that I haven't posted here. Rest assured, though, that my attention to detail in all matters of product photography is more thorough than your little mind could imagine.

Oh, Whoosh - it's a good thing that you only needed to follow orders as opposed to being smart enough to think for yourself. If the thread were titled, "Is your bike hotter than mine?", you might have a point. But it's not. And you don't.

I have one as well, I needed it to be able to fit into my compact frame. I got it on sale at nashbar, less than $15 I think - great cages for the money. I've only ever once dropped a bottle trying to put it in the cage, and I was recovering from a broken arm at the time. I was flabbergasted when I saw a picture of Ivan Basso's bike and he had the same cages. I wish I'd bought two now!
