I had one of those, you turn on a dime with the swiveling rear axle.

PatrickGSR94 11-14-12 11:30 AM

YouTube has the commercial from the 70's, no brakes or helmets back then. :p

I need a better angle I guess but if I am looking at a VFG AND a collapsible stock on a 20" bbl AR clone then this is NAUGHT. Even with what appears to be a nice Leupold CQB optic.

Boy, you were way off.....Noveske 14.5" M-forgery with LMT stock, 12" DD rail and EOtech xps3.

Well, if you could afford all that then you could afford to take better pictures.

Nothing special. Just a plain-jane S2. I'll get some carbon clinchers with my next tax return.

Looks like Zipp SL stem and Zipp Vuka Sprint bars. Nice setup.

R1lee 11-17-12 03:18 PM

Close... zipp vuka and giant carbon slr stem.

The problem with giant overdrive 2 is that you're limited on stem choices.

I guess I'm lucky it didn't go into the spokes. I did manage to snap some decent pics of the bike after the ride though.

sheldon fender nuts for the win! sheldon fender nuts are brake nuts that extend outward and have a 5mm thread inside that you can put the fender bolt into - so you can quickly/easily put on fenders.

fenders may seem dorky, but damn they keep the drivetrain/frame clean. I was soaked through and through regardless, but at least the bike was spic and span after the ride.

The bridgestone RB1 is one of the finest steel bikes of all time. It is a bona fide classic.
