lol, a 643 page thread, with a half of page of chainring talk. I think we'll make it. Post up your bike to get us back on task.

:thumb: Ha! I hear you. I would but I already have and it's a not for now... Actually, it was interesting for a while, and then it got boring and a chicken ran by so ... let's see some more already!

I enjoy taking the p!iss out of fellows who think they're being smart when they're only being pedantic tinkers.

PS Pedaling out and down is not the best way for me to pedal. Not according to the power metre. Pedaling down and pulling back, that's where I get most juice. Furthermore, pushing forward at the top of the stroke is murderous on your knees. Maybe not now, shake hands with 50 and let us know.
No matter how finely some people care to slice it, an elliptical chainring of some sort has come and gone for 100 years now.

Now before someone else says, "yes but early Q rings had a X.XX degree and new Q rings have a X.XX degree and drivel and spleen, do a google search and see if you can find the Shimano chainring that was nearly a diamond.

Round chainrings work just fine for me.

There's too much talking in here.

My bike is pretty much the same as when I last posted it, just have a different seatpost

I like your bike, but it doesn't meet any of the "Hot or Not" standards.
ie: garage door, gearing, etc
;)

I blame "the rise of the crabby cyclists" on the change of weather/temps.(I've run into a few as well :D)
Suffering on a trainer isn't as fun as doing it on the road.
It gets our chamois in a bunch real quick!!!

I read and reread this a few times. I still have no idea what you're saying.

Sorry not a fan of the Denti, above and beyond the improper pose of the bike itself. Those dimples in the frame kind of put me off along with a few other things. sorry

Very nice, can't stand the "Cosmic" all over the wheels but hot nevertheless. I really like the grey on the new Ultegra, on the old crank I didn't like the aesthetics with the grey, and while I know many aren't a fan of the new look of the crank I think they look great!

I like this bike, but something about geo throws me off.
Its very slack looking, almost hardtail"ish".

I know we strayed off topic a few pages back, but "C'mon Man"!!!

I guess with the thought of Halloween coming up, comes bringing back the dead...
