Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

How do i know what brake pads to buy?

I rode 65 miles yesterday and i hit a batch of sand and water and it stuck in the pads and wore them out bad, Along with stripping my paint off my rim a bit. But anyway, It seems like a very easy thing to change but, Is there some sizes i need to buy? I have a Windsor Wellington 2.0 bike its Shimano Sora Gears. See here. https://www.bikesdirect.com/products/...ellington2.htm

If anyone could recommend me some cheap pads i could buy bulk of off this site preferably, https://www.pricepoint.com/thumb.htm?...price&ascend=0

That would be awesome! Thanks guys, Sorry for the stupid questions.

I prefer the salmon colored Kool Stops for Shimano. They should work for you.

If your bike has cheapo brakes, you should upgrade to cartridge-style brake shoes, then replace only the rubber inserts. I like the Koolstop black inserts, but the salmon ones are better for rainy areas.

I hate it when people are so damn impatient that they start to bump their thread after only a few minutes.

It was about ten minutes. And Whether i post a bump or not does not affect your life, your time, your anything. So what does it matter?

Every post you have ever made relates to BikesDirect. Your name is just pathetic. You ought to be ashamed of yourself.
