Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Sram Bottom Bracket Creak

I have a creak kicking my butt- Sram Red crank, Black Box bottom bracket(ceramic). Lynskey R220 Ti frame.
Creak happens at least once per rev even on a stand with chain off. I pulled the left crank and rotated the right pedal and it creaked once.
This is the third time I have had it apart- everything is greased and torqued(inc chainrings and bolts)

The only weird thing is the inside drive side bearing race looks like it has rust on it also the crank shaft where they touch. This bike has never been wet except with a sponge.
whole bike has < 100 mis on it.

Is the drive side bearing supposed to be smaller(width) than the NDS? Seems like more force on Drive side.

I'm going to pull the bottom bracket and goop it up with Ti prep(anti seize) again-but I am frustrated.

Any ideas?

I don't know what else it could be- It does it with the chain off and either in a stand or on the ground just rotating the crank by hand-it's not the pedals, I held them so they couldn't rotate.
