Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Well, there is a big difference between "looking good" and "riding good" I ride good. I guess I don't look good, but that's okay. A girlfriend would only take away time from the bike.

When your bike costs more than your car.

When the bike comes first, family second.

...you snort WAY too much coke

...your ass looks like the bible in braille

...you have gone to the blood bank to see if they do oxygenation

...you use dumbass smilies like and

... you have made a thread about losing your bar plug

... you talk for a year about your new bike and nobody cares

... you add to this thread with a very witty (to you) punchline

... you make a long ass list of things you don't like about the place you just keep coming back to

The world economy is completely melting down and your biggest concern is that your MTB frame might be slightly damaged.

A few examples...

When I am walking down the street and all of a sudden I touch my head and say damn I forgot my helmet- of course a millisecond prior to realizing I am not on my bike.

I borrowed my friends car (I don't own one) and was amazed at how quickly it climbed up hills.

When I am traveling with someone within the city by other means, I am known for my impatience and constant complaint that 'if I was on my bike I'd have been there already'

...in case of a fire the first thing you grab is your bike, then your family.

...you haven't checked the air pressure in your car tires for well over 3 months but have checked your bikes air pressure everyday you ride and some days you don't ride.
