Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

I like it. I don't know if I buy all their claims but I like how it tastes, I like the bit of caffeine and anti-oxidants, and I don't usually have to pay full price for it...

Lance should pitch something he has first hand experience with, like chemo drugs or Full House videos.

I prefer FRS to drinking water for shorter rides, but for longer stuff I've been using perpetuem.

Check out Verve. Verve is better for you than FRS. One Verve has the nutritional value of 4 groceries bags of fruits and veggies.

I used it a few years back and thought I liked it, but in hindsight it did little to nothing for me.

I did like the taste though.
