Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Wow, nice. Seventy five years, when Campanolo (the company) was born. It was a time when the sport really took off in Europe. Is that guy standing in front of a painting of himself?

The Euro flavor you add to BF is invaluable b. And none of that off the hinges Euro (the BF member) bitterness either. Just an American in Flanders who loves cycling.

Europe does friggin ROCK. I wish I would speak some of those funny languages they use over there. Like Greek. I bought the Rosetta Stone CD thingy. I'm more convinced than ever if I ever know more than 50 Greek words it will be a miracle.

At least I know a little Deutsch.
