+1 - Those that said tighten until it clicks are wrong. That's way too loose.

Overtighten and you run the risk of stripping the threads off of the freehub body. Especially if it is an Aluminum one.

Those that said it's the same Shimano tool for 9 and 10 spd are also wrong....

....it's actually the same tool for 8,9,10......and 7......and Shimano freewheels.......:twitchy::D:love:

Ha, I only said I used the same tool!

i used an old chain, wrapped it around it twice, and grabbed one end with a claw hammer. yay for being cheap! i also use a skewer to hold the lockring remover so it doesnt pop off under torque.
